Digital additive manufacturing
Upload your 3D model. Treede analyses the manufacturing job, calculates a transparent production price and routes your order to suitable additive manufacturing capacity.

How treede works
You buy a manufacturing service — not a supplier search. Treede handles which machine is free, how a build job is assembled and who produces it.
Upload your STEP or STL file and specify the manufacturing requirements.
Treede analyses the geometry, manufacturing effort and available build space.
You receive a transparent manufacturing price. Treede assigns the job to suitable production capacity.
The part is manufactured, quality-checked and delivered.
Transparent pricing
A gram of plastic does not tell you how expensive a part is to manufacture. Geometry, machine occupancy, material, setup effort and post-processing all influence the real production cost.
Treede calculates the job based on how it is actually manufactured and shows the relevant cost components transparently.
Build plate
Additive manufacturing rarely happens one isolated part at a time. Treede can combine compatible parts into a shared production job. The virtual build plate makes machine utilisation visible and allows manufacturing costs to be allocated more transparently.
Production network
You should not have to compare dozens of print shops for every part. Treede coordinates the manufacturing process and assigns jobs to production capacity that fits the technical requirements of the order.
Treede is not a directory of contacts. It is an orchestration layer between a digital part and real manufacturing.
Criteria we intend to route on. Shown as planned scope, not as a live feature.
Use cases
Move from CAD iteration to physical prototype without manually requesting quotes from multiple suppliers.
Order low-volume production where tooling would be economically inefficient.
Produce replacement parts from digital manufacturing data when conventional stocking or sourcing is inefficient.
Give engineering and procurement teams one digital workflow for requesting and sourcing additive parts.
Early access

FAQ
Treede is a digital platform for sourcing additive-manufactured parts. Customers upload their 3D models, receive a transparent manufacturing price and Treede coordinates production through suitable capacity.
Treede coordinates manufacturing through production capacity in its network. The exact production setup depends on the technical requirements of the order.
Treede considers the actual manufacturing job instead of relying only on a price-per-gram rule. Relevant factors can include machine utilisation, material, setup and additional processing requirements.
STEP and STL are planned as primary input formats.
Treede is currently in development. The current target is Q2 2027.
Treede will initially focus on Switzerland.
